Terms of service

These terms are between Gold Standard Web LLC (“we”) and the business that signs up for CrewPipe (“you”). By connecting your accounts or using CrewPipe you agree to them.

What CrewPipe does

CrewPipe connects your Jobber account and your HubSpot account and copies records between them as you set it up. It is an independent product. It is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Jobber or HubSpot, and your use of those products stays under their own terms.

Your accounts and your data

• You must have the right to connect both accounts and to let us read and write the records in them.
• Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run CrewPipe for you.
• You're responsible for the settings you choose (which directions, fields and stages sync) and for having a lawful basis to hold your customers' details in both systems.
• Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else got in.

Trial, price and billing

• The free trial lasts 14 days once both accounts are connected. No card is needed to start.
• After the trial, the plan you pick is billed monthly or yearly in advance by card through Stripe, at the prices on our pricing page. Prices are per connected HubSpot account.
• You can cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. No refunds for part periods.
• If the trial ends without a subscription, or a subscription lapses, CrewPipe stops syncing and becomes read-only. We don't delete anything because of a lapse.
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing your price.

Acceptable use

Don't use CrewPipe to break the law, send spam, get around Jobber's or HubSpot's rules or limits, or try to reach another customer's data. We can suspend an account that does.

How the sync behaves

• Syncing depends on Jobber's and HubSpot's services and their rules, which can change. We'll keep up with changes but can't promise every feature will always be available on every plan of theirs.
• CrewPipe never merges two records it isn't sure about and never deletes a record on one side because it was deleted on the other. You should still keep your own backups of anything important.

Disconnecting and ending

You can disconnect either platform or cancel at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice. What happens to data when you leave is in the privacy policy.

Warranty and liability

CrewPipe is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost business), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
